If you are considering this look, I always suggest starting with a length that you are comfortable with. Remember that you can always turn it into a short A-line bob cut. This haircut can easily be worn straight, curly, or wavy. One thing to keep in mind if you’re constantly pulling your hair back is that you’ll only be able to do a half up. It can still be cute and trendy or just keep your hair out of your face.

If you want to maintain the style of the cut, I recommend cutting it every 6-8 weeks. As for styling products, I would pair each lob with a heat protectant (essential for every hair type) to protect your hair no matter how you’re styling it. I chose to give her baby lights and balayé her previously lightened ends for an overall lighter look. If so, give your client tips on how to achieve this look at home.
